What’s going on? Thanks for the LOVE and I appreciate the time you took to check out my work.
What made you want to become the “Voice of the Streets?”
I wanted to become Voice of the Streets for the simple fact I felt emcees forgot what and where they came from and the People need a voice.
With the “Idiot Box” easily becoming one of my favorites, can you tell us a little about what you were doing at that time and what brought on this concept?
Thanks a lot for Loving My “Idiot Box” single I really appreciate the LOVE. I was scrambling my brain as usual thinking of new inventive topics, concepts to make music about. And I LOVE watching TV so I figured why don’t I make a story format song.
How’d you feel when you first walked into a studio?
I was hella nervous the 1st time ever in the studio because I thought I was nice but didn’t know if the masses would think I was nice.
How do you feel about how much has changed in regards to distributing music on the web instead of how we used to do in the old days?
It’s crazy because just maybe 5-6yrs ago artist were able to get a deal without a HUGE buzz and fan base. But now it’s all about BUZZ and what we’re doing online. I like Online though cause I’ve been able to work with people from all over the USA and Other Countries as well.
Your government is James Miller, how did you decide on Heathen?
My grandma gave me this name because everyone said I was a terror as a child so it kinda stuck with me.
When you reflect on the very first song you ever did, what comes to mind?
WOW great question I would have to laugh cause my 1st song SUCKED I was young and trying to find my way I didn’t have guidance at that point.
I know you’re a comic book collector, which is your favorite?
Luke Cage and Night Crawler are my favorite Characters.
Tell us a little about your other passions and inspirations..
Besides making sure my family is 1st in everything I do. I LOVE basketball and I’m better at that than Music and B-Ball was and will always be my 1st LOVE
What are your tour dates and collaborations looking like?
As of now no tour dates are set because I’m focused on recording my EP and Debut Album but I will keep you posted when the time comes.
